Corrina Grace — Systems Leadership for Complex Change

“Let’s take off our masks of difference and indifference and commit ourselves to creating the world to which we aspire.”
The Weaver’s Way

Corrina Grace is a strategic leader working at the intersection of systems leadership, complexity, and climate and nature transformation. With more than twenty years of experience spanning engineering, social enterprise leadership, and systems change work across four continents, she helps organisations and leaders navigate uncertainty, see beneath the surface, and design the conditions for meaningful, lasting change.

Approach to Systems Leadership

Corrina’s work is shaped by a deep commitment to the places and people she serves. She brings together technical thinking, systems practice, lived experience, and an ethos of justice to create grounded pathways for meaningful transformation.
Her approach is relational and context-driven—honouring local knowledge, elevating underrepresented voices, and translating complexity into clarity and action.
At the heart of her work is a belief that real change emerges not from single interventions but from the interplay of relationships, structures, culture, and imagination. She sees patterns where others see problems, connects dots others miss, and helps leaders and organisations move from fragmentation to coherence.

Experience Across Sectors and Continents

Corrina’s career spans diverse contexts and cultures across Australia, Central America, the Asia-Pacific, and Europe.
She has worked at the nexus of engineering, social entrepreneurship, systems change, climate strategy, and organisational transformation—building, strengthening, and advising high-impact organisations for over two decades.

She cofounded and led SERES, an award-winning youth-led organisation in Guatemala and El Salvador; has partnered with Traditional Owner groups and landholders on climate and nature initiatives across Australia; and has advised philanthropists, government agencies, environmental organisations, and social enterprises on strategy, leadership, and systemic impact.

This breadth allows her to navigate complexity with both analytical rigour and deep cultural sensitivity—supporting leaders who are operating in environments where old models no longer serve.

Why This Work Matters

I believe we are living through a profound moment—a time when our systems are straining under pressures they were never designed to hold. My work is devoted to helping leaders and organisations meet this moment with courage, clarity, and imagination.

I’ve spent my life moving between worlds: engineering and social innovation, boardrooms and grassroots movements, policy tables and communities on the frontlines of climate change. These experiences taught me that meaningful transformation is possible—but only when we shift not just what we do, but how we see, relate, and lead.

My commitment is to work alongside people who are ready to rethink what leadership looks like in a world that is asking for something wiser, more connected, and more courageous.
